College-student Chelsea has found herself in a self-imposed labyrinth: living by herself, tormented by fragmented nightmares, and hooked on medications to deal with it all.  Not even her therapist can help her deal with the anxiety — and there is no explanation for the dreams.  Visions and messages of people she doesn’t know and places she’s never been… and something that wants to kill her.

Everything changes when she meets Niko, a hollow shell of a man who suffers the same nightmares.  He explains that they are memories, not nightmares: the two of them have reincarnated many times over the ages.

Each time, they are fated to face a blood-thirsty, corpse-possessing demon.

And each time, they are slaughtered.

Faced with this knowledge, Chelsea and Niko hit the road and for the first time, she is in control of her life — but not of her destiny.  There is no running from this creature, and fighting it will be futile.

Their Time is running out.
